What it costs
UK delivery is a flat £10.00, whatever you order. It is free on orders over £150, and your basket will tell you how far away you are from that.
We ship within the United Kingdom only.
How long it takes
Orders usually arrive within about three working days. That is a typical time rather than a guarantee — if anything is going to take longer we will email you rather than leave you wondering.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. An order placed at the weekend starts its journey on Monday.
What happens after you order
- You get a confirmation email straight away. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
- We place and pack your order.
- You get a second email once it is on its way.
